Pricing FAQ
What counts as a seat?
Each employee record in your workspace uses one seat. Starter includes 3, Business includes 5 and Pro / Enterprise includes 10. Clients don't use seats.
Can I add more seats?
Yes, on a paid plan. Extra employee seats cost $5.00 per seat per month on Business and Pro / Enterprise. Starter can't add extra seats. Upgrade to a paid plan first.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, from the Subscription page in your workspace. An upgrade takes effect right away, after you review the prorated amount and confirm it. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Moving to Starter takes effect at the end of the billing period, you keep your paid features until then, and you can undo it before then.
Do you offer annual billing or a free trial?
Not at the moment. Every paid plan is billed monthly in USD. The Starter plan is free with no time limit, so you can set up your workspace before you choose a paid plan.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are bought through Stripe Checkout with a card. Your subscription is managed from the Subscription page in your workspace.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free and needs no payment details. Paid plans are bought through Stripe's secure checkout, billed monthly in USD.
